I really like everything about the hotel. The lady that helped he check in was amazing. The only exception was the valet parking. When we arrived it was pretty busy. I was going to get valet parking I talked to one of the guys when i first arrived and he said yes just go check in and come back. When i returned it was a different guy and he said no its going to be a long time tomorrow to get your car. I think he thought we didnt have the means to pay by the car we were driving. I was a little bothered about.

Very close to restaurants and BART station. Clean, quiet, and safe. This was my second stay. My only complaint about service is that last year, and again during my stay last week, I called for towels and after 12 hours they did not arrive. Last time I had to go to the front desk and this time I had to call again. Also, there are no fans in the bathrooms.

There was one person checking people out and I had to wait a little longer, but once the gentleman called me up, he was very quick and gave me an upgrade. The staff overall was nice and helpful and friendly. The remotes were a little slow for the television and I wish they would bring the pool back and hot tub.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years, and unfortunately this time my stay was disappointing. The hallway on my floor had empty food containers and food scattered, some of the other guests were noisy, and the hallway smelled. The staff was responsive though and very friendly.

We were in #430 a view of the City Building, I would have preferred the view of the San Francisco Bridge! After driving over 6 hours. The Beds were extra comfortable! the room was newly remodeled. Only item missing is an (non-slip mat), in the shower, their liquid soap dispenser, make the shower tile extra slippery, I almost slipped 2x.
