Nice hotel, convenient to train and shopping centre, some good food options close by. My only issue was that the hotel says they have a gym but they actually do not. Their staff are also confused about this. I called front desk in the morning and they said collect the pass (for gym in shopping centre) from them and when I went back later that evening they said they no longer have a relationship with the gym. Maybe update your websites.

Impressive hotel - interestiing architecture; excellent facilities; adjustable HVAC; clean room; helpful staff; and, good location in a major shopping centre. Need to improve customer focus - the room lacked crockery and a bench to store baggage; and, there was no information about restuarant timings or the availability of other facilities for customer use eg the gym or library.
