Whole entire apartment was spotless. Staff was more than helpful. The only negative we would have is the shower over the bath was hard to get into. Maybe need a handle to help an older person get in. They still deserve a 10/10 though...

Initial room was dirty and smelt really bad, once the air freshener which made the room unbearable cleared, the room smelled like cat wee. Was moved to another room on request, which still smelled but nowhere near as bad.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Quest Mont Albert, I had been meaning to try this one for a while and it definitely didn't dissapoint. The staff here are really nice and looked after me so well. Room was fantastic, strongly recommend staying with these guys.

We were on the ground floor, and it was noisy because the room was adjacent to the roadway and the trams. Someone left the doors to the outdoor area open before we arrived, and it had rained and wet the carpet in the room in front of the doors. Not ideal.

We had a pet room. It was not very clean, persistant odour. The hygiene was not good, stains on tiles in bathroom from previous tenants. Carpet was very old and dirty on foot. Poor water pressure from shower. Faculty TV. If only proper investment to maintain the property matched what is charged. Not fully sound proofed, we had pipes next to our room, with running water noise. We could hear everything in the hallway. Location was great. Good to bring dogs along. Spacious room. Close to transport. Easy parking. Service did their best.
