Fantastic accommodation, will definitely stay again. Clean bedding, spotless carpet and sparkling bathroom. Love the New York feel. Next time I will take your advice and valet park as unfortunately my car was broken in to on Russell Street carpark. It is what it is, didn’t spoil my holiday and the accommodation was amazing 😊

We arrived to a very lack lustre receptionist - no welcome, we had to ask about our complimentary bottle of wine - were told the red wine isn’t available and they don’t know when it will be again. Never actually received it. Pool is small. Small coffee shop downstairs is nice. Quite far out of the main town. Nothing majorly wrong with it but we wouldn’t stay again and having been to Melbourne before we feel there are better options

The check-in process took an unreasonably lo ng time. Receptionists attitude was unwelcoming and unfriendly, which is unacceptable in a hospitality environment where customer service should be a priority.

We booked a balcony room they said they upgraded us to a Diva suite. It overlooks ugly art facing a bunch of other people’s rooms. The tub didn’t hold water and the beds were super uncomfortable. The staff also told us that if we didn’t get our rooms serviced they would give us back $20 a day. Asked about it in checkout. That never happened.
