Very nice hotel, very quiet, comfy beds, aircon is great. We had a small balcony but no views like some of the other rooms. big screen tv's. Overall very pleasant, close to Victoria Market, the city circle tram, and Flagstaff Gardens across the road. Only thing I would like is a ceiling fan over the bed area, to disperse the air from the aircon, which is in the sitting area on the other side. Would definitely book again!
