These were great apartments just minutes from where I needed to be. They were easy to check in, safe, had a washer and dryer, and the views were spectacular! Great food was just steps away!

The location is great and the room was very clean. A few issues- the king bed is actually 2 single beds pushed together, you can feel the divide and also the mattresses sink in the middle. The pillows were also very firm/thick which hurt our necks. There is only a t.v. in the main area and not one in the bedroom, which is fine but the t.v. was very slow/would not connect to the internet no matter what we did so we couldn't watch netflix and were stuck with basic cable. Lastly, trying to regulate the temperature in the room was aweful. No matter what setting we had it on, the bedroom was dry/blazing hot (even when we'd put it on aircon mode).

Perfect place to stay

Great place to stay. Used the washer/dryer the night before we left which was great Really nice apt. Perfect for a single or couple. Kylee the manager was super helpful and extended our checkout by an hours. Great location. Walking distance to everywhere but there's a tram stop right outside too. 7/11 100m away and several cafes/coffee shops just as close

It’s an amazing location and a great apartment. The view was incredible, straight down Collins Street towards Parliament House from our corner apartment. The (upgraded) apartment was fine. Areas of concern: - when we first arrived, we could not gain access through the street door despite pressing intercom buttons. It was only because someone happened to leave that we were able to enter the lobby. - we repeatedly received access denials when trying to use elevators. Very frustrating. - the carpet was rather worn and grubby in spots. - the fridge door behind an outer closet door opening on the other side is inconvenient. - there is a significant water leak in the shower where the flexible hose is joined to the shower head. - the water faucet over the sink is inconvenient, particularly for a right-hander. The gooseneck cannot be swivelled to clean the sink and there is no aerator so water blasts into the sink and splashes around onto the counter. - the garbage chute on our floor was not working at all on the morning of our departure. I followed the directive to take the garbage and recycling down to bins on the upper ground floor. There was no recycling bin at all and the small garbage bin in the alley was overflowing. The area around the bin was filthy with liquid and decaying scraps. This requires immediate remediation. When I brought it to the attention of the desk clerk, she said I should have left the garbage bagged in the room. That would have been good to know in advance.

Overall the hotel is good for what you pay, but the reception staff were seriously an issue. I called to advise them of our check in time and still had to wait around half an hour for an unmanned reception (during front desk hours). On check out it was the same thing - nobody there. Hardly ideal after a long flight or drive
