The Property Facilities is what gets the low rating, the room was minimalist to the extreme! One pillow per bed, one towel, not enough toilet paper, no hangers (only 3 knobs on the wall) and the mattresses were basic, not “heavenly” as described. But the most ridiculous thing was the “Beauty Room”, a communal room where the hair dryers are! I had to hike across the floor with wet hair to dry it! Who wants to get redressed after their shower to go dry your hair before getting fully dressed? NO ONE! The only reason to stay there is the location, it’s smack in the middle of central London. They do also have an onsite cafe/coffee shop that’s nice.

This hotel has a few pros & cons: PROS: -Location/ Convenience - Price CONS: - Missing ALOT of basic furniture- (ie. safe, bedside tables, lamps, hairdryer, tv, space for anything but bed) - Early Checkout -this place is cheap - try to upcharge you for everything (ie. 5€ for an extra blanket, extra money for checkout past 10am, holding your luggage charges.

Good value for money

In the heart of piccadily circus but zero noise disturbance once you’re in. Rooms are very basic and you wouldnt want to share with anyone you didnt know extremely well already as minimal privacy. Unlike one if the sister hotels in london, i got a strong phonr signal and hotel wifi from my room. Rooms are basic, clean and very comfortable, and remarkably quiet. Reception staff were friendly but not overly competent, and there were drink and snack machines in reception with an onsite cafe open 8am - 6.30pm. Plenty of lifts so i was never waiting long. For location its perfect

Charged a lot for everything besides the room i.e. holding bags before check in, the gym, late check out (was almost $70). Other than that place was very clean and it was easy to get to all the main sites and attractions.

Where do I start…. I stayed here for 3 nights for 965 pounds. I expected the usual amenities. This place is definitely lacking comfort.The lobby is nice… But then you walk down long dirty hallways. Get to you room to find a mattress that sits on the floor. NO WINDOWS, No side table, no where to sit, no closet to hang your clothes no blow dryer, no plug in the bath area. But you do have the option to rent a blow dryer for for 10 pounds a day, or you can go to the beauty room and use a blow dryer for free on floors 3 or 7. When I went there, something was wrong with the power outlets and non of them worked so had to go to the 3rd floor. We came back to our room at night, they don’t clean the room, they lay new towels and toilet paper on your bed that is unmade! They say they are trying to give people a zen experience. But I have seriously had better rooms at motel 6. There was nothing zen about it. If you are looking for a relaxing room this is not it!!

They wanted to charge to hold our bags as we arrived before check in hours. Instead they offered us an upgrade for the same price. A bigger room which was great but it didn’t have a closet or dresser. We had to literally live out of our luggage for our entire stay. Not an easy fit for a large family in one room.
