It was such a stunning hotel. The rooms are beautifully designed. I loved the decor. The hotel smelled amazing. And the rooms are nice and spacious. I would definitely stay here again and its very conveniently located near London Heathrow.

The hotel is in a great location for Heathrow. The room was excellent, clean, modern and comfortable. Sadly the let down for the hotel was the very slow check-in. Then on arrival at the room, no power. The resolution was slow and staff not very helpful. At check out only 1 person to assist, again along wait to leave bags. Great hotel, just not a great customer service experience.

This exceeded my expectations. There’s a spaciousness upon entering with two locations to check-in. Dining was close by with several choices. Fun decor and comfortable seating, with fresh lemon water in the lobby and complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water in the rooms. Our room looked and felt newly refurbished. There were plenty of green spaces around for our pup to do his business and walk around. Nearby petrol station, convenience store and pub.

We had an unscheduled stay here due to a flight cancellation & it was as smooth as convenient as previous stays. Check in was smooth, the room comfortable & great breakfast choices at the buffet. The bus to the airport is also convenient & much cheaper than a taxi. Great option for an overnight before flying from Heathrow.

I booked one night initially then realized I needed two nights .. so added the extra .. This process didn’t flow smoothly.. it meant we had to go down to reception next morning and “checkout” and recheck “in” .. a slight inconvenience but managable.. HOWEVER.. after a busy day out and about to my horror.. when we returned to our room .. the room was as we left it .. no clean towels no bed made no coffee/water replacements etc at 9 pm Management answer .. change rooms ! Given that we had a 4 am departure schedule this wasn’t practical.. A very negative Honeymoon experience indeed .. I lodged a formal complaint and was told someone would be back in 5 minutes but No Body came back or made any further contact.. shameful experience.. not special gestures either given they were in full knowledge it was to be out honeymoon
