Overall the stay was nice! Staff were great, breakfast was good. But the only problem we had was the quality of the bed. We are a young couple and struggled with the mattress, it was very springy and firm. Other than that, it was great!

We stayed for a week it was a great location, bed was comfortable and the view from our room was good! The buffet breakfast was worth it and was pretty delicious. The concierge, went above and beyond to get us tickets to the Chelsea game. I would recommend it

Rooms are fine - but nothing to write home about!

Room is sterile, but bed comfortable. No idea what is going on with the lifts - 4 there but only one seems to work. Staff were pleasant, but really not up to the Hilton brand standard, checkin was robotic and didn't confirm whether my upgrade had been honoured or not. Breakfast - this is our second stay and we passed after the first stay it was terrible, really not up to the Hilton brand standard and definitely not worth the money - went for a walk, found a cafe and ate there instead!

The room was amazing, so comfy and laid out very well. It was absolutely spotless as well! Staff all round could not be more friendly or accommodating. Best hotel I have stayed in London, pubs around the corner which are lovely as well as great proximity to Millbank Pier for the boat down the Thames which is easy and Pimlico which is four stops south of Oxford Circus on the Victoria line. A fantastic gem of a hotel that we will be coming back to!
