Breakfast is good and cafe staffs are kindly and helpful. Area outside the hotel is clean and safe. Really convenience near Tube and bus stop. But the room interior facilities is old and broke.

Central location for Paddington Station.

Central to what we needed. Decoration beautiful throughout. Room was compact but we had what we needed. Only issue, it was very hot, not much ventilation, only a fan to move the heat around.

Rooms were very hot will minimal airflow and the first room I had did not smell the best and was scruffy. Fortunately, they moved me to a better room and was tidy, with no smell.

The hotel is lovely just the double bed was tiny, the room was tiny and the room was so hot we could not sleep. The shower wasn’t great too. Decor wise the hotel was good just far too small and too hot and the breakfast was super busy and hard to enjoy with so many people crowing around you.
