Conveniently located student housing, in better condition than quite some other accommodations I've come across in London. Staff was kind and helpful. Shared kitchens provide the means to avoid eating out at all times.

Great for London's west end on a budget

The accommodation is extremely good value for a private room in a very central London location. With breakfast included too that makes this well worth considering if you're visiting the West end on a budget. Although not en suite the bathroom facilities are nearby and clean. There is also a kitchen area available on each floor. The rooms are basic and comfortable enough.

I was put in a room on the 3rd floor. As far as I could establish there were 2 bathrooms on the floor. One had an out of order notice on the door. The fittings in the other had all been ripped out. I asked at reception and they told me there was a bathroom in the other wing but as far as I could find there was no other wing. Why was I given a room in that floor at all. The staff had no interest and appeared to be students who had no idea what was going on

I enjoyed my stay and I would use this accommodation again. It's a student halls of residence so it's only available when the students are on vacation. The shared bathrooms took me back - and might be a surprise if you are used to ensuite. But the location, cleanliness and price were all very good.

Good for the price

Friendly staff, easy check in. Rooms are generally clean although we did find toenail clippings and discarded, used, contact lenses. Our twin with ensuite was basic but exactly what we needed for the few hours we spent overnight before catching early train. Beds comfy and great location. Would probably stay again.

Good price for accommodation and good breakfast

Great accomodation for the price you pay if you are visiting the area and looking for somewhere to to have good breakfast and an accommodation. Feels like a more advanced hostel with individual rooms and common toilets and showers and entertainment area.
