I loved the location—close access to London Eye and Shrek Experience attractions. The hotel is also very close to the Waterloo London Underground station. The room was very clean and the room size was brilliant; however, the electrical outlets were not located on both sides of the bedroom or sofa bed which was really inconvenient for device charging at night. I also did not like that we needed to schedule time in the pool. My family loves to swim, so this was very disappointing. Finally, I did not like that there were just so many people at this hotel that it was overwhelming at times. I think I would much prefer a smaller, more boutique style hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights, choosing it based on positive reviews. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. After arriving on an overnight flight with two children, we requested a nicer room given the length of our stay. The front desk made it clear that this was only possible at a significant extra charge. The room we were given had a damp carpet smell and overlooked the rail tracks. Exhaustion kept us from moving hotels, but for the price we paid, we should have. Breakfast was disappointing. The quality was average, and some items (such as boiled eggs and oatmeal) were available but not mentioned to guests unless specifically requested. This lack of transparency felt intentional and diminished the experience further. The only redeeming part of our stay was Alan, the concierge. He was extremely helpful, professional, and ultimately saved our trip by securing Harry Potter tickets for our children—something another his colleague Concierge working with him on our first day incorrectly told us was impossible without even checking. Alan’s efforts stood in stark contrast to the otherwise poor service we encountered. Overall, for the cost, this hotel did not deliver on comfort, honesty, or value.

Had a good time at this hotel. Great location within walking distance to to london eye and big ben. I would not recommend the onsite restaurant. A lot like airplane food and it was cold. I would stay here again.

I will start with the positive. The bathroom was large and it had a separate tub and shower. The bath towels were also large. Whenever we called housekeeping for something, they arrived promptly. The negative: I stayed in room 1138 and the "view" was of an interior wall. Never seen such a thing. As such, the room has almost zero natural light. The TV would "freeze" about every 30 minutes and then go black. Very annoying. The breakfast at the hotel is 25 pounds ($34 USD) which seemed steep to me.

Clean, modern and a great location. Limited parking spots available but it wasn’t a problem for us and a large public parking lot for a third of the price is just around the corner. Felt like a 5 star.
