It is a large hotel, many rooms, and we were there during Holiday party seasons, but the room was surprisingly quiet. The pub at the lobby was always loud, but we didn't hear it in our room. The breakfast was always crowded, everyday there was a line to go in. We had breakfast outside, quite a few good places to eat. Close to Hammersmith station which is very convenient. There are shops inside the station as well, not great but sufficient enough. The staff of the hotel are ok, a few staff we encountered were not knowledgeable around the area. There was no hair conditioner, just shampoo - made our hair rather dry, so we ended up buying conditioner on our own. Since it was during the crowded season, had to wait for the elevator every time we went out. But as a tourist, we do not spend so much time in a hotel, so overall, it was good enough.
