The hotel was great in terms of locations and customer service. The hotel had lots of stores, restaurants & the train station at walking distance. The breakfast was okay. The rooms were somewhat difficult to find as you had to make lots of ups & downs & turns. Our friends had to stay in the rooms over across the street from the reception.

I was only at this hotel for one night but had a very relaxing night. The room was clean and had good facilities including good air conditioning. Check in was simple and straight forward and I must congratulate the staff on allowing me to have a room far earlier than expected sa I had a concert to go to mid afternoon. Breakfast was good value and had a good selection as well as the staff being friendly helpful and professional. One of the strong points of this hotel is it's ideal location , only 5 to 10 minutes walk away from the tube station but within walking distance of central London and most of the major museums. Overall i would recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again some time soon.
