The room was small, but newly renovated. Good location, lots of restaurants nearby, as well as two tube stations. Across from Kensington Garden Park, near Hyde Park. Staff were efficient and welcoming.

Great location

Excellent location, close to Kensington Gardens, transport, food etc. I was traveling solo and stayed in small double room which was small. Would have been cramped with two pps. Small hanging space was only space provided for clothes. Terrible light plastic drink cups for water, etc. Stayed three nights and no change in breakfast menu which was limited and boring. Excellent staff.

Newly renovated and clean property. As with any stay in a hotel there isn't real quiet but was mostly quiet when needed (during late hours). Still underground outside renovations during our stay but no major issues with that except the view.

Hotel is currently undergoing major refurbishment so noisy and disjointed .I had an un refurbished room and these are very cramped and noisy. The best bit is the good breakfast and location.

They were undergoing a renovation that seemed to make the place much nicer in aesthetic. The staff wasn’t particularly friendly and every time we had a question or asked for something it was either never answered/ignored or brushed off. The place was very clean. The location was very convenient.

Renovated room was excellent, clean and with everything needed. Aircon stopped working a few times. Fridge was not cold. Excellent location, close to Underground tube stations and bus routes. Loved walking through Hyde Park which was just across the street.

smallest hotel room i have ever been in. mattress was horrible felt very cheap. tv never worked. i paid about 300 while most hotels were about 1000 so i guess you get what you pay for….was ok for 1 night but i wouldn’t want to stay longer.

They are in the process of remodeling this hotel and it is absolutely gorgeous. It was clean and smelled new. The house keeping staff were top notch and the front desk people were willing to help us in any way. We arrived earlier than check-in time and they gave us complementary early check-in because a room was available. The best part about this hotel was the location. There are two tube stops within close walking distance and there are lots of souvenir shops and eating places only two blocks away.
