The service from reception staff was amazing the hotel was in a convenient location right next to the Hackney Central station. The reception staff made a 2 start hotel feel welcoming and local so would recommend the hotel just because of them 100%

The hotel is in a great location, close to the Tube and with restaurants and stores in 5 minutes walking distance. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They brought a hair dryer to our room and gave us free tea upon request. Although our room faced the Hackney Central station, with closed windows there was no disturbance. The only annoyance was that there was just one elevator to get in and out of the hotel. It was slow to move and shared with housekeeping attendants.

The female colleague at reception was very friendly upon check-in. The room had fully functioning Aircon. The bathroom was very clean. The shower was spacious. The main bedroom part had some dried hard chewing gum on the floor in the corner and there was hairs and things missed. The floor was a bit dirty and probably could benefit from a steam mop. There aren't enough hooks or hangers if you have more than a couple of outfits with you. The bedding and towels were nice and white, smelt fresh and clean. The black paint is starting to show signs of wear and probably need a little refresh in the room and around the hotel. Check out colleaguenwas efficient, but less friendly. Overall, I think for the price I paid it was very good value and would happily stay again if I needed to be in the area.

My room was comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful for items I needed, such as outlet adaptors (US vs European). Highly recommend for a reasonably priced hotel. Also, just off a tube station so I was able to hop all over the city.

Not bad actually

Nice little place, directions to reception could be clearer and the pillows are extremely thin. Walls very thin so you can hear everything next door. But those aside, for the price is value for money and a comfy stay for the night.
