It was an okay hotel. Staff nice but rooms are VERY small. Beds extremely small. The bathroom was very small also. Felt like a bathroom you would find in a boat. No room to put things on the counter.

Great location and hotel. Seconds away from subway, central to the sights and with quite a few nice eateries and bars nearby. The hotel was clean and nicely furnished. Room was a good size with nice views of Big Ben, London Eye and OXO tower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good quality. Would definitely stay again on future visits to London.

Modern clean hotel in quieter area.
Tucked away in a quieter part of London, this hotel is great value for the money and is clean, modern, and has some great views. We arrived a little early, so while waited we were surprised with an upgrade. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Would happily stay again (and our room had an amazing view of Big Ben and the London Eye!) It is about a 10 minute walk to Waterloo station, so easy to get around from.
