I never leave bad reviews but the price of this hotel does not reflect the quality of the room at all. Bed was equivalent to what I assume the Flintstones slept on, the hallways smelled of cigarettes and the room heating took forever to work. It wasn’t a dirty room nor hotel but it was difficult to get to sleep with the rail right outside followed by a concrete slab of a bed!

Staff were always pleasant and polite. Hotel room , corridors and stairs very tired and ready for fresh paint, clean carpets and bathroom tiles on floor are lifting and sealant around the basin and shower area needs renewing

Clean comfortable room. Breakfast buffet was busy but this was expected. Liked the opportunity to access a hot drink anytime and complimentary late checkout as a IHG member. Staff could have been more welcoming. We were asked to leave the table at the end of breakfast and were not thanked for our stay etc. on departure.
