The hotel didn’t have an area to grab a drink and relax. The piano bar should be open every day even if there’s no live music. The staff were wonderful! Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Centrally located so walkable to many areas and restaurants.

My daughter and I really enjoyed staying at the Royal Garden Hotel. It was close to the city but far enough out that it was quieter and less people which was nice. The restaurant at the top was exceptional not to mention the beautiful view. The only suggestions I have are 1. Be clear on your website that a double is not 2 beds. I thought I had booked 2 beds..luckily you were able to accommodate us in a larger room which was lovely. 2. Explain what the red/green button means near the door. Thank you! We will be back.

TV is broken Mini frig is broken I stayed for 12 nights. Now and then, house service missed resupply tge room (water, cup, shower cap, tower) The room was supposed to be garden view when I booked it in web. But it was looking over houses and a narrow glimpse of a small patch of green.

The hotel is literally a five minute walk to Kensington Palace, the lovely park and several stores (including Whole Foods). But the staff (the lovely concierge staff 💕) were magnificent!!! The hotel is SPOTLESS!!! The staff was so welcoming, friendly and assisted me prior to me arriving. The hotel transportation is worth every penny, and the breakfast was so filling and delicious. I will be back and highly recommend this hotel.
