Very basic. No minibar. Not even a biscuit with the tea bags. Some dishes on the limited dining menu were not available. Overpriced.

It was a bit hard to find in the maze of tunnels and car parks at T2/T3 but we were tired after a delayed flight. Check in w as a bit slow because the had to search for a vacant room We had problems too with internet access But the room was quiet and comfortable, the shower was excellent and all the staff were helpful and friendly

Dreadful service and terrible staff. Took 20 minutes to order a drink and then then stooped food orders early. No doubt they (like a lot of UK businesses) are having recruitment issues but I'd expect more form Hilton.
