Stay right at the airport, the walk from terminal 3 to terminal 2 is a bit of a walk. It’s not a 10 min walk for an older person. Very few places to sit down during the walk but doable. I loved how close the train was, we could go everywhere. The hotel was quiet

A curious stay with defensiveness from Management
This is a convenient, modern hotel at Heathrow Airport. They allowed an early checkin which was great. However, there were major issues with no internet connection in the room and the wing I was staying in both on my computer and the room’s television. The TV would shut itself off on a regular basis. I called the front desk twice to ask about this and was told that reception was faulty for WiFi. There was no resolution. Also, the fridge in my room did not work. When I checked out I told management at the front desk about my experience. They admonished ME for not reporting these problems within their protocol. I was stunned! They lectured me for ten minutes about how I had done wrong! After I left the hotel I developed a rash on my ankles. I think there is something more wrong at that hotel than a broken television and now I question the cleanliness.
