The location of the hotel is excellent. A few steps from Paddington train/tube and buses. The hotel itself is easy to find and have very welcoming and courteous staff. They provided local info including eating options and laundry facilities. The room was immaculate in presentation and cleanliness, with rooms serviced each day. I highly recomend and believe its best value for money. Thanks to Mehd, Hakeem, Alex & Sandeep for a wonderful stay!

The front of house gentleman that was working there when we stayed couldn't have been more courteous. Very hospitable and friendly. A true asset to the hotel. Hopefully the owner of the property will read this and reward his employee. Unfortunately I forgot the man's name. Hotel is in an ideal position for exploring London, It was clean and tidy. Bit noisy from the trains but a small price to pay for convenience.

The hotel is located very near to Paddington station which makes travelling easy . Room is new and clean. The staff are very friendly , cheerful and make us feel very welcome.. Although no lift , the staff helps carry our luggages up without hesitation .

A cheap, cheerful, hidden gem

Great position near Paddington station and Hyde Park. Very clean and tidy room, and comfortable sleep. We were greeted warmly on arrival and departure. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Bed was comfortable, location close to Paddington station couldn't be better for transportation options. Room was tiny and the bathroom felt a bit like a cruise ship, but for a quick overnight it was solid option for the price.

Mehdi and his colleagues could not have been more helpful and kind. From the second I stepped into the hotel I felt the warmth. I noticed this with other patrons as well. Thé advice was impressive and perfect. They made you feel at home. Thé location was unbeatable. This is a MUST stay when in London. Honestly they were so sweet and warm!
