When arriving at hotel car park 2 Disabled bays one occupied by car with no blue badge and the other by a chiller unit. Spoke to staff and parked behind the chiller unit.

Great place to stay in Birmingham

A very pleasant stay despite being during a heat wave. The hotel did their best to keep everyone cool. Staff were very helpful generally and the location is excellent.

Great value comfortable hotel

Great hotel in a great location for our needs, within a short walking distance of the Bullring for shopping and Chinatown for eating, with lots of bars and restaurants close by along the canals. Can be a bit noisy and lively at the weekend with the nightlife close by, but it didn't affect us, as our room was to the rear.

Very last minute booking due to issues with another hotel, due to the stress the hotel staff kindly upgraded our room which was very generous. Staff were very accommodating and kind, didn’t have to wait long for anything at all, everything we could possibly need was available to us within a matter of minutes. Hotel was very nice and clean, very comfortable beds. The amenities were great within the hotel. Very good location and walkable. Would definitely stay here again. Great staff and great hotel.
