I took my family here for a 2 night stay. The area was a short distance from one of Birmingham's main stations, Birmingham New Street. Cab was around £7. The hotel was CLEAN and tidy. The signage was clear, so we knew how easy it was to find everything. Lastly, the staff were very friendly, though we didn't need them as much, as we could do pretty much everything online.
