Staff were excellent, tried everything to help. Bed was terrible, hard as a rock, staff tried to help by putting extra padding under the sheets, but woke every morning stiff, sore and in need of a massage!

Great reception from Trevor and all staff were helpful and friendly. We were upgraded and couldn't fault the accomodation which comprised a sitting room with kitchenette, well proportioned bedroom with adequate wardrobe space and hangers (by no means a given in London hotels) and bathroom with walk in shower. The linens were of excellent quality and there was clear attention to detail in provision of appliances to enhance a longer stay if required. We enjoyed a very good lunch at the on-site Italian restaurant on our day of departure. The hotel is within easy walking distance of St Katherines Dock which offers a wide range of dining options in attractive surroundings.

A Lovely Single Night Stay
A short overnight break and our room was upgraded from an executive to a suite and it was a beautiful room with a view out over the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. The only fault was we were only there for a day. First class.
