Pretty good

Great location virtually at Tower train station/ underground. Not far from popular touristy stations like Picadilly. Convenience mart steps away. Near attractions. We had 4 people in one suite. Would be perfect for 2 but 4 was a bit crammed with sofa bed in lounge and our suitcases on the floor. Sofa bed was not that comfy. There was a large bed in a separate room with cupboard space and a safe (but room not totally private as it looks into the lounge through the kitchenette, so perfect for a couple). Best thing the suite had a washing machine dryer. Staff were friendly. As station was close by and our suite on the same side, we could sometimes hear a train, but it was faint. I could stay there again.

For location and quality, you canā€™t beat this property. Next to the Tower Hill tube and Tower Gateway DLR. Very safe and plenty of dining options. Property is well cared for and staff is friendly and experienced. Food is also very good.

Amazing. We stayed here for two weeks. Would go there again. Excellent from front desk to concierge (helped arrange airport taxis and assisted with luggages), flexible but diligent housekeeping (checked a few times daily, came back when delay requested, refilled water, laundry, dish, and hand soap), gym, restaurant, proximity to tourist attractions (tower of London) and tour bus stops, proximity to the train (2 min walk), just excellent. We loved the design of the suite, very modern and clever use of space. And that it was wood type floors which felt cleaner than carpets in other hotels. It would be nice if the gym were inside the hotel instead of the outside building. Although it was secure, itā€™s on the first floor of that building with open floor length windows and people walk by even at night, which made me a little anxious. But overall great.
