Very good accommodation and location for the price paid. Room was compact but very clean with good shower and bathroom facilities. Kettle and tea/coffee in room was great to have.
Checkin and departure was smooth, with friendly front desk staff who are on hand 24 hrs. Would definitely recommend
Excellent staff allowed us to leave our bags until our room was ready for an early check-in. Only downside was the fan in the room which was loud and didn’t help cool the room down at all sadly.
For London, clean and excellent location. Staff was excellent and wonderful to accommodate. On the downside, breakfast is ok and the fan in the room needs to be dusted.

I need to give a big thank you to Touqeer at the front desk for helping us through a booking mishap, he gave outstanding customer service that made our first night in London a success!!
This is definitely our go-to hotel in London. It is a budget-friendly place with a perfect location: centrally located and a five minute walk from Victoria Station. The room was small, but clean and modern. The front desk is open 24 hours and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included with our room and the staff are very efficient and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again!
We had to climb up five flights of stairs to our room, which had no air conditioning and was a 10 x 10 room without a toilet. We had a shared toilet in the hallway. The stairways were not safe overall the hotel was not worth anywhere close to what we paid for it
Room was serviceable and what you’d expect for the money. Gentleman at front desk was great and made wonderful recommendations for local restaurants. The “continental breakfast” was extremely disappointing. Stale cereal or one slice of toast per person and some warm yogurt. No fruit or anything else.
Loved the Dover. Super clean and comfy and roomier than I thought it would be. Bathroom / shower looked new.

Large family room with great location
I liked the large family room- a double bed and 3 single beds. It's hard to find something for a family traveling with 3 kids.
Only problem was that the room smelled when we arrived.
Breakfast was basic, but good: toasted white bread, jam, cereal, milk, tea, coffee, yoghurt.
Location is great.
Room was not what I had booked. Hotel offered to give me a 2nd room, but not next to my current room. I was not going to split up my kids. No A/C and fan didn’t work. Attendant offered very little help

Great location near Victoria station, shopping, dining, and areas of interest. The only issue was the lack of air conditioning as we visited when it was hot and humid. Otherwise it was a great experience.
Nice area, super friendly staff.
I will choose the same hotel and room for my next stay.

We stayed in room #23. The window only opens about 6 inches and there is no air conditioning. All we had was a small fan. It had to be about 100 degrees in the room. The temperature was cooler outside the hotel. We did not sleep either night. We are from Miami and can handle the heat but this was really bad. Possibly a safety issue for somebody with health issues. The hotel needs to disclose this on their website that they do not have air conditioning.
