This property was very accessible to the tube system, approx 5 minute walk to the nearest station. The room was lovely however did not have noticeable AC. The room was comfortable.

Parking is off campus about a block and a half down the road in a parking lot. It costs roughly $50 USD per day. The parking area is also inaccessible from 10pm-6am.

Lovely property with very helpful and kind staff. They even accommodated an early check in at 9:30am! There are lots of restaurants around, and the tube is a 3 minute walk away. Would recommend this property to anyone staying in the Whitechapel area.

Booked a family room for 3 adults but was given a double room and a flimsy cot for a child. The intentions were good when checking in but when I realized that I didn’t get the room I booked and returned to the front desk, I was told by another front desk agent that i was given the correct category of room. I explained that the room I booked should include a sofa bed but the agent was unwilling to look into the matter and said I was not charged for the cot and suggest that next time I should book a more sufficient room. She also ask that I contact Expedia to resolve any room issues. We were also given a room with handicap access which we did not requested. I had another reservation to return to the hotel several days later and Fabio at the front desk addressed the previous issue. He was very attentive and provided great customer service ensuring the room was to my satisfaction. Much appreciate you Fabio! Ended my trip with a much needed comfortable stay.

This is a great Hyatt property! It’s clean. The staff was amazing, down to the heart shaped towel design left on our bed by the housekeeper. The breakfast was top notch. The roof top bar was perfect after a long day of touring. I have no complaints and will definitely stay here again. The hotel is on the outskirts of London which is perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle. The underground station is a short walk away. And it connects you immediately to the line heading to/from Paddington station (so no need for taxi when flying in or out). It also connects you with line heading to Westminster. It’s the perfect spot.
