We had a really great stay at Park Plaza County Hall. I initially requested for an early check-in and the moment we arrived at the hotel, they upgraded our room and checked us in automatically. They make communication so easy through their whatsapp chat, whereby a member of their staff responds so quickly. The hotel room was clean and in order. The hotel is easily accessible to sites like the Big Ben, The London eye, etc. it’s also a 5-minute walk to the waterloo underground station. Bonus is a lot of nearby restaurants to choose from!

Amazing staff, so kind and friendly! Suit was slightly dated in terms of furnishings but it was adequately maintained & the balcony & view was lovely. Breakfast was nice (only negative - half a dozen people loitering around awaiting their omelettes!!) a separate collection area would be good as everyone stood in the way of the food! Would definitely stay again. Very good location for London eye etc.

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel, incredibly comfortable bed. Much appreciated the upgrade. Only issue was limescale on bathroom taps. I broke it off with my nails it was so encrusted, just to get water to flow out of the bath tap, but after that it was great! Lots of space, and the gym was good too. M&S close by so I could buy supper and breakfast, but lots of restaurants and bars close by if I didn't feel like cooking (I had a kitchenette in my room).
