This is our second stay at Park Plaxa County Hall, and we shall return again. Very helpful front office staff, always willing to help to ensure you have a great stay. Our accomodation was perfect for our family of four and reasonably priced. The location is excellent, being just behind the London Eye, next to Waterloo Station and with a M&S down the road - perfect!

This hotel was in the heart of London, very close to Westminster Bridge and the London Eye. Very convenient to get to the local sights. Room was well appointed and service was good, along with the restaurant on site.

Used to be great but the rooms are now tired.

Starting to get a little tired now. As a family treat I rented one of the penthouse rooms. The bathroom shower leaked and plenty of black marks from mould. It’s a real shame for such a high price.

Hotel is not as new as the others in the area but still very beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff that helped us was just amazing, I mentioned it was our anniversary and they just went above and beyond to make our time there very special, I would recommend.

Exceptional Hotel!

We had a wonderful room, with exceptional service from everyone starting at the reception desk, the concierge, and room service staff. The hotel is within walking distance of so much of the things we wanted to see and do. The concierge was especially helpful in getting tickets, and arranging a cab when it was time to leave. Everything was so clean and comfortable!
