Great welcome by front desk staff. Received a complimentary room upgrade to a city view suite. Room was very spacious and clean with a great view over the city towards The Shard. Only stayed the 1 night but Park Plaza made us very welcome. We will stay again.

Staff very friendly, location brilliant for central london. Wasn't immaculately clean however a drink being splashed over the wardrobe doors and not cleaned and the bathroom mold on places and not cleaned thoroughly around taps/sink traps.

Staff were super helpful. My son has multiple food allergies and was supported very well by the staff when we were seated downstairs for breakfast on Friday. Rini spent alot of time with us to go through his allergies and was asking us if there was anything else she could get us while we were seated there.
