Pricing very reasonable, reception very friendly and helpful. Bar and restaurant food and drink good and reasonably priced. Transport good for airport. Room was well furnished, toilet/ bathroom brand new or looked like it. Room clean and everything worked well. Carpark was tight and can be hard to get a park on site. A small fridge in the room would be a big plus but as hotel set up for more overnight stays than for longer term so I can understand it. For what it is I give it 5 Stars

Neat and tidy. Conveniently located for our trip. Breakfast was great. Room was sufficient for the two of us. Our first room assigned to us did not have clean sheets but we were allocated a new room immediately.

Not sure if we will be back…

Room was quite small for two people, limited space to put your luggage. It’s also outdated, terrible marks on the carpet. No air conditioning so it was quite warm in the room even with the window open. Bathroom needs a good clean as you can see all the limescale and black mould. Cheap for short stay. Good area to sit downstairs, lovely coffee and attentive staff.

Easy to get to from the Bus Garage, good check-in and tidy room. Nice Restaurant & Bar, the food was very good. Marks off though for a TV that was poor and a warning about the Hotel being cashless would have been helpful. If your a light traveler like me, I wouldn't bother with the Shuttle unless you are in a hurry

Nice, affordable and convenient to stay the night before an early flight. Use this hotel every time we fly from Heathrow. Only negative this time around was that we received a parking fine after our stay even though we’d paid at reception on check in. We contacted hotel about this and they were super helpful, immediately cancelling the charge. So a heads up if anyone gets a parking fine to call the hotel before paying it disputing the claim via the details on the PCN fine.

I’ve stayed here before as work at airport thought I’d give it another go. Wrong choice old dated room but freezing cold and soulless. Even with heater provided it was cold and rooms very dark.
