I stayed for one night prior to my early morning flight. Room was a good size and bed was comfy. One down side which I didn't realize at the time of booking, there is no room service. Which would have been handy as I was unwell when I arrived.

I had a really hard time figuring out how to rate this hotel. It is conveniently located near the airport. The bathroom in our room was modern and new, although quite small and the toilet was bizarrely facing the wall. The room itself was clean, but very sparse and tiny. It looked like a 1960s cruise cabin. For a safe and clean space to sleep it was perfect. The lobby was pretty nice, definitely way nicer than the rooms. The room just felt purely functional. I arrived in the morning and they let me pay 30 pounds to check in early at 9. The restaurant was big and had a gluten free option. there was an area that looked like a little store to buy lots of items.

Really good value for money, right next to the airport but quiet enough for a good night sleep. The hotel hopper bus that services the hotel with rides to the terminals was great and started really early which was perfect for us. There's a food place on site at the hotel and you can also get snacks and drinks but for those bits you pay airport prices! Easy and quick check in and check out, even has a pool table. Great location, good amenities will definitely stay again, made our journey stress free.

The room and staff were good to very good. However the down side is the hotel employs private parking agents who can not wait to slap a PARKING (not PENALTY) charge notice for £100 or reduction of £60 if paid within 14 days. These companies allege in writing withou giving all the evidence or photographs just stating "We have evidence". Thats the reason for low marking

Only used the hotel as a some where to get a night sleep before moving on , did not use any of the facilities but have done in the past with no complaints , would always use the ibis as got all the facilities you need

The Ibis gave us just what we needed, a comfortable bed conveniently close to LHR prior to an early flight. The restaurant had a reasonable, if limited, menu. We had pizza, which was fine. We left to early for us to want breakfast. The area around the hotel is pretty much what you'd expect round the perimeter of a major airport i.e. not particularly welcoming especially after dark. That's not to say it felt dangerous, just noisy and dirty and rather industrial apert from the hotels. That's not the fault of the hotels and the downside of only being a 10 minute bus ride from the airport. We'd certainly consider staying there again in similar circumstances.

Great for a one night stay.

We stayed for one night before we flew home. The hotel looks new and is very clean and comfortable. The room was very small, only two people would fit into it. We had a great dinner at the restaurant but the breakfast was expensive and limited so we decided to eat at the airport. The best feature is the airport shuttle but you had to pay for it. Nice hotel for getting to the airport the next day.
