Nice facility BUT room #138 was cool. Thermostat did not work. Went to desk, they sent someone to fix it but was unable to get the thermostat to work, and therefore no heat. They offered a portable heater, but I declined. Only a one-night stay. Blanket was good. According to web site, hotel was fully booked, no offer of another room was made. Ordered dinner in the lounge restaurant. Hamburger nearly 1" thick, not fresh. came in less than 5 minutes. Not good. Wifes' omelet was good. She said "don't complain". We were glad to leave first thing in the AM.

I chose the hotel as it was vlose to Heathrow airport, and had good transport links. It was a very good price, as well. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The only thing I didn't like was that the air conditioning was loud. The food was very good, service was quick and it was reasonably priced. Staff were extremely helpful.

The beds in our room were the softest, most luxurious I have ever slept on. Food in the bar and restaurant was very good. The only thing missing was any kind of instructions or information in the room. A menu or info on the restaurant would be great!

A slightly stressful stay. My phone died because my charging cable broke. The hotel didn't have a spare iPhone cable I could borrow which was a little surprising. So I requested an alarm call in the morning - which I never got! Luckily I didn't sleep brilliantly as the pillows are soft and tiny, so I was awake at the right time. Not the best start to a day of airport travel.
