All OK, except for the snack at dinner time. There was a bottle of water already on the table, which we assumed was there for the taking. However, we ended up being charged 5 pounds for it!! Not impressed.

Front desk efficient, thorough and friendly. Seemed to anticipate needs, such as using room card for lights. There is a shuttle service posted along with a screen showing incoming/outgoing flights. Rooms were clean. Our room’s a/c wouldn’t cool below 18 Celsius. Woke up to 24 Celsius. For some, a/c might not be a concern. For us, it was.

Lovely property and very comfortable beds. We upgraded to an airport view room which we enjoyed staying in watching the aircraft taking off and landing. Restaurant food was good. Reception staff friendly and helpful. We recommend this hotel, and have booked to stay again in October before our flight to Los Angeles

Poor show and not really fit for purpose

The woman on reception wanted to charge for parking until I told her it was included and I was put up in a disabled room (not a discriminatory comment) however the bed was too low and not really comfortable, the sink was low down making it difficult to wash and fill the kettle, the room was in a poor state of repair with screw heads protruding out of the door frame, carpets stained and walls marked very noisy room with water services running throughout the room all night. Very disappointing and not the usual standard from Leonardo Heathrow.

Reception tried to get me to upgrade my room for 15 pounds more. Once i got to the room i had 3 red emergency strings hanging from the ceiling one over my bed and two in the bathroom. The carpet had gross brown stains on it . The room looked like it belonged in a senior center facility . The only positive thing was the location if you are traveling from Heathrow.
