First stay at Leonardo, the staff were so helpful and polite. The room was nice, especially the bathroom and the bed. The TV had lots of channels. They gave an option to add breakfast for £10, but I needed to rush off early. It was also close to a local bus stop which saved paying the high price on the hotel hoppa. You can get right to T2/T3 on a local bus for £1.70. I will definitely go back to Leonardo again.

Room was freezing and air con unit was locked down so you couldn’t change the temp, the bathroom fan sporadically came on and rattled loudly which also made the bedroom lights flicker. Reported to reception in response to lights flickering they asked were we charging anything? That they would put the temp up and send somebody to look at the fan. They turned the cold air coming into the room off - but room still cold, fan still making noise so we jammed paper in it which then stopped the fan from shorting the lights. V dismissive at reception about our complaints definitely not rock star customer service @geofframm you need to be employed by this brand asap!!! Oh and also charged us for car parking which was included in the hotels.com booking so we had to get refunded when we were in a rush in the morning :-(

I would have given this 5* but staff was not courteous, as there were 2 other people at the counter when we were checking in, they failed to acknowledge us, took their time even though they were not doing anything or helping anyone else. Our room was right by the lobby and it was noisy, didn't sleep well at all. Other than that bed was super comfy, rooms were clean. Just work on your staff and you'll be getting 5*! Would stay here again and request a room away from the lobby.

As a family, we stayed at different hotels close to Heathrow, Terminal 5. Leaonardo is the best. Their staff, facilities, wonderful breakfast and mostly helpful and smiling staff are indeed the best. Not to forget how close it is to the bus stop to travel back to the airport (which takes only few minutes). During my latest stay two days ago, I had forgotten to bring my adapter for my laptop. Ronald (i hope i did not spell it wrong) went above and beyond to find me one. Emily at the front desk was so kind and nice. Even though we arrived at the hotel almost two hours prior to check in time, she gave us a priority (i traveled with a toddler) and after waiting for 30 minutes, we were able to get into our room after a long flight. I already reserved our room at this hotel for our layover in June of this year. Again, many thanks.

I stay here pretty often with work and again always good service and can't fault anything room is clean tidy and quiet no noise from any other rooms would highly recommend staying at the Leonardo for the price it is great
