Arrived asked about room service, told was available until 10 and order from room. Phone in room totally dead, tried from the QR code on the menu - lead to a dead link. Tried from the website - dead link. Went back to reception, they phone kitchen who said they’d not take the order over phone but would send someone to my room. No-one ever turned up.

Overall not a bad place for a night. Friendly staff, clean. Shower very dated and low. The worst part is the complete lack of soundproofing. For a place next to the airport, you’d expect it to have been the top priority. We could hear next door peeing, switching their lights on and off, creaking on the bed. Pretty unreal. It felt like there was nothing between us. And of course - the planes until 11-12pm. We got about 3 hours sleep here as we had an early flight. We would not stay again sadly.

The loo roll holder in my room was in such a position that I had to sit sideways Otherwise the hotel does look tired but they are renovating, hopefully this will also include a lift as at the moment it complete disabled unfriendly

Ideal place to stay for an early morning flight. Beds and bedding ok but not the most comfortable. Shower good but no adjustable head. However, it does what it says on the tin and was good value for the cheap price we paid.
