Staff and room very nice. Very cold night, I switched on the temperature control but could not get the wall unit to do anything but blow cold air. Did not take it up with reception as bathroom warm.

Hotel was okay for a quick overnight stay between flights. Was not impressed with being supplied a contact phone number on my confirmation email that was not answered by the lobby staff. Was the same number as listed on their web page. Called the them 8 times to relay our plane delay and late arrival. Never spoke to a real person. Very frustrating.

Clean warm room. Comfortable bed. Some inevitable plane noise but not too disturbing. Bath was a pleasant surprise. Plugs/USB sockets beside bed would have been nice. Only some of the Freeview channels worked..Aircon was tricky to understand.

We stayed at this hotel the night before our flight due to the location and use of the pods. If you are staying here, you need to understand that the doors are solid wood and make lots of loud noise which can wake you up during the night.

Room was so clean and staff so helpful and friendly Stairs are a major issue for us being not lifts to dining area which I thought a bit unusual point so many transports to airport pods to terminal 3 taxis and drivers are great
