Micro studio makes several compromises on space, but having the kitchenette is important. Good location. Easy access to Underground, and a lot of places (West End, Tower Bridge) are only 30 minutes walk. You will need a taxi there however - you don't want to take bags on the tube...

Really loved our rooms, having a kitchen, a couch, etc. That said, I highly recommend you choose the larger room — and if you can swing it, get the room with windows. It’s better to have the windows!

Was a bit different walking in when you are used to staying at Hiltons, however, we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and well kept, they even had free washer/dryers. Location was great right by the River and rooms were quiet.

This property is amazing. The location is close to the tube and many restaurants. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Love the views of the Thames and being able to enjoy the properties available in the building. Would highly recommend.

Adorable hotel close Millennium bridge, St. Paul's Cathedral, and Tate Modern. Super easy access to the train. Great views. The coffee shop is great and the staff is very friendly. Rooms are small if you get a micro room but that is to be expected. Would def stay again!

Convenient location- W/D a challenge to use

The location is very convenient for sightseeing. The washer/dryer combination is very difficult to use (for westerners) and it seemed to never dry the items fully. A drying rack would be helpful. Also, there were no kitchen towels to dry the dishes or counter, etc.

Stayed in the hotel over 20 times and this time around the bedding was not neatly done and creases everywhere. Long black Hair found Round the sofa. Cloth to dry the dishes had Staines which is a shame because its an oasis of a hotel. The second thing is people lying and sleeping in the reception with their feet full body stretch, which is not ideal for the boutique statues it represents as a hotel chain. I love the hotel; however, it needs cleaning and changes in how it structures policies around the coffee shop and seating areas.

It was a pretty average experience, overall hotel is decent and the view by the Thames river is solid. Hotel room was underwhelming and it felt like it could use a little touch up when it comes to cleaning. Price is a little too high in my opinion but the little cafe at the lobby was nice! Great location too!
