We stayed in the annexe for 2 nights. The staff were quick at check in and carried our luggage to our rooms. The room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Great for access to Victoria station, Chelsea and nice eateries in Belgravia. Would recommend this hotel.

We (3 adults) were very comfortable in the family room. Despite little storage/table space, the room worked for us for 5 nights. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating, responding to a last minute request for an elevator accessible room that was needed. The location near Victoria Station and many good restaurants is great. Would definitely stay here again.
