For a Hilton hotel, left a lot lacking. Hotel was too big and you could feel the attention to detail was lacking. Rooms dated (which is fine) however house keeping was sub par. Lots of details missing such as not replacing cups or finish making beds. Rooms not sound proofed & lots of noise from air conditioning. Great location.

Great location for Paddington, Marble Arch, Oxford st. Restaurant/bar poor food choices and Barman tried to rip me off for extra tips. Room was filthy especially bathroom with hairs and plastic tabs from syringe vials. Very noisy Saturday night. I would stay again because of location and Hilton loyalty. Maybe I’ll try Mercure down the road first.

Great hotel, very large but felt like was at a boutique hotel. Staff were wonderful and accommodating. We had two rooms, one was a little on the small side and the other was large and more comfortable.

Das Frühstück ist umwerfend: Große Auswahl, leckere Speisen und guter Kaffee. Die Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen (Check-in, Frühstück, Housekeeping) sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. U-Bahn-Stationen sind gleich um die Ecke, Paddington Station mit Direktverbindung nach Heathrow fußläufig erreichbar. Direkt nebenan ist das Paddington Basin mit dem Merchant Square, wo man abends schön essen kann. Alles in allem ein echter Tipp.
