Quite venue despite its size and location- Room comfortable- Breakfast has a wide variety to offer- good location with Paddington and tube station- gym is nice- The only downside was the shower gel and shampoo bottle either empty or not working.

Mattress was bad, springs were so noisy we thought they would come through the lining at any time and we had to go to the front desk for toilet paper ofter the servicing on day 3 when they didn’t resupply and we ran out. There seemed to be an emergency vehicle siren every 15 or 30 minutes through the night to make sleep more difficult.

Everything went really smoothly. The hotel was really busy with 600 check-in when we arrived. However, it ran really smoothly. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The food was excellent at breakfast and it was right next to the tube for easy travel.

The staff are great. The room was good. We had a lack of heat issues first night and it was repaired promptly I did have an issue trying to exit the underground. The app would not accept payment. I pressed the buttin on the gate. No answer. I called security! No answer!!! I noticed the other gate was wobbly, so I checked this arm and it had been previous broken so I moved it and drove through. I let the front desk know

I did not have a pleasant stay at this Hilton property. Initially the desk staff Zaid gave away 1 of the 2 rooms I booked while I was checking in. This was a miscommunication between him and the other clerk Joshua and I was left with only one room available. The clerk Zaid was rude in how he handled the incident mentioning he was doing me a “favor”. When I returned a female clerk attended to me after speaking with Zaid and assigned me a room with bugs! I’ve attached pictures of the bugs in the room. I complained about this, and by this time my partner had arrived. He went to address this with the staff and at this point I was given a decent room. I DO NOT recommend this hotel for a girls trip or women traveling alone!! They do not make women feel safe without a man present. My partner lives in London and came to stay to ensure our safety. I chose this hotel bc of proximity to tube and central. We came in town for the NFL game and a celebration of life during the week. So this was convenient. However, the staff while checking in did not meet Hilton’s standard.

Very disappointed. Reception team very miserable and unwelcoming. Lifts take ages. Rooms basic and show signs of wear and tear. Superficially clean, needs a good deep clean. No plug for the bath. The only friendly faces we saw was when the two of the house keepers said good morning. Rooms very noisy and lots of banging. Also when we arrived back to the hotel, there was a fight that had broken out in one of the function rooms which caused loud screaming and staff running to the function room.

Several lights in the room didn’t work, and the staff didn’t know which switches were supposed to control them. But otherwise the stay was great. The staff was very helpful, and the hotel is in an excellent location: there are several restaurant options nearby, multiple transit stops, and several parks are not too far away.
