Beautiful clean room, in fact it was immaculate. Great staff, very friendly and welcoming and with great knowledge too. Nice atmosphere in the bar in the evening. Fantastic choice for breakfast in the morning. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great shower pressure. Comfy bed. Clean. Easy access to the Tube. We didn't like the coffee at the breakfast bar. The fish and chips were not good either. We would stay here again.

Amazing location. Overall 5 stars; however, the person above me was trying out for the floor event for the next summer Olympics. My only complaint was you could hear every heavy foot stomp from above. I would stay again, I’d just ask for the 6th floor. Great front lobby staff and clean rooms.
