My stay was welcoming and comfortable. For a solo traveler I felt safe. The hotel was close to St Thomas’s hospital as I was visiting family. The room was nice and clean with tea and coffee facilities, only thing for me personally, the bathroom could have extra tumbler to hold toothpaste and toothbrush. There is already nice shower gel, shampoo and conditioner if you are travelling light. All in all I enjoyed my stay. I would recommend the hotel.

Stayed here before with no issues but this one was not great. Someone was ringing a bell during the night and there was a constant sound of gushing water which meant I hardly slept. I mentioned this to concierge when I was checking out but just got a shrugged sorry.
