Friendly staffs and nice hotel.

When we entered the hotel, we feel the warm welcome of the staff at the desk. She is helpful, answered our queries. Clean room, spotless, nice atmosphere and view at our window and we feel comfortable and rested the whole night . We will come back here again and share this experience with our friends. We stayed only for one night but worth staying in this hotel.

Overnight stay

Lovely hotel in ideal location with bus stops outside to centre of London in 30 mins. Lovely room with plenty of space for 3 of us. Had a kitchenette which we used for breakfast saved on having breakfast downstairs.

Had a nice stay, room very spacious, clean and modern. Perhaps notenof consideration for others is proximity to Waterloo station, which is fantastic, until night time which can be noisy - although not an issue really for us!

Great for Central London

For a place to stay that's in easy reach of the West End and other London attractions this is ideal. We had an accessible Studio apartment, which meant plenty of room and a cooking area with fridge. With a Co-Op and Sainsbury's just out the door we could make our own meals and save money. Check-in was easy, staff were friendly. There was a little rumbling from the trains but nothing to keep us awake. It's a basic room but that's all you need. We didn't have a view but not bothered about that. The TV didn't work but the wi-fi did so I would advise taking your own fire stick if you want to watch stuff. We parked at the Brittanic car park round the corner (under the railway lines). At £20 a day it's decent value and most of London is a 30-minute walk away so what you spend on parking you won't need to spend on public transport. We enjoyed exploring the South Bank and central London at our leisure, with plenty to do on that side of the river anyway.

Staff was friendly and wonderful from the time we entered. Oksana specifically went above and beyond with customer service she was so helpful with anything we needed. Our first trip to London this hotel was walkable to so many places we wanted to see and Oksana provided wonderful directions & feedback. The kitchen waa nice and a store just two doors down. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location and ill stay here again. One complaint, my bathroom and fridge smelled horrible when i arrived (bathroom like feces abd fridge like something had rotted in it); smells eventually got better but they need to clean better next time.
