Great location near Southbank and literally across the road from the tube station. Clean hotel - however if your room overlooks the railway it is very noisy - even with windows shut.

This hotel has black mold in the bathroom shower. The water didn’t drain at all in the kitchenette sink and barely drained in the bathroom sink. We had 1 thin pillow per person, no bottles of water in the refrigerator and service that is only available every 2 days. Since we were staying for 3 nights, we ended up asking for no service as we thought this won’t fix anything. Couldn’t wait to leave this hotel. Front desk is completely indifferent.

This hotel is very close to the London Eye and just across the river from Big Ben. We walked to all the sites we wanted to see, never had to take the bus or subway. The rooms are clean, but very small and the beds were uncomfortable.

Nice location but full of mold
This hotel boasts an excellent location, which is its standout feature. However, there are some areas for improvement. The bathroom design, with its half wall for the shower, unfortunately leads to a wet floor. Additionally, the non-slip strips had mold and were coming up. The housekeeping schedule of replacing towels and mats every two days left us stepping onto wet mats after showering. The pull-out couch was in poor condition, leaning back as if it might fold itself up. While the room itself was clean, it was quite small. Lastly, the elevators were slow, and one was consistently out of service, prompting us to opt for the stairs. The staff was not the friendliest.

This is NOT a hotel. It’s a bunch of bare apartment like units. The AC worked intermittently, which sucked during hot weather. The policy is also to turn off your AC at different times of the day and night, so we woke up sweating at 1 or 2 am every night. Our bed had a big hard bump in the middle. There’s no phone or personnel to call - everything is done via WhatsApp chat. The staff were less than friendly except for the maintenance guys who came by who were very nice. And our preference is to have a door or shower curtain, which this does not have. Our bathroom floor was therefore wet every day, which again is unpleasant. We were so unhappy that we left two days early, and were SO happy at our next place, the Sloane Club, which is a HOTEL. I wouldn’t ever come back.
