Cons: heating in room did not work. Called down to reception and the receptionist said maintenance would take a look from the main control room and she would call us with an update. An hour later we waited and no call.
We went down to reception and maintenance guy was there and didn’t seem to anything about it. No acknowledgement or apology from reception for not callinG back with an update.
-lady in reception looked stressed and nothing explained to me when checking in (card to lifts, breakfast, check out times). No clear queue of where to check in so others that came after me where seen before me.
Pros: room clean. Great location.
-hearing issue not fixed but evening receptionist and manager very good and issue sorted.
-Breakfast was plentiful.
