Comfort, the room felt homely, coffee (pod) and tea making facilities with chocolate on arrival was a lovely touch. Attention to the environment i.e option to keep linen without changing daily. Clean room and appropriate temperature in the room. Privacy and it was quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks for the umbrella at 0620 in the morning when I couldn't open the umbrella stand. Thanks to the receptionist who greeted me on arrival, wet and cold, and the women who answered my querry about using the vouchers for breakfast 'T

Management amazing small issue sorted quickly and with a genuine attitude and a smile. Anthony on the door and Mohammed the head porter are both extremely welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast had a huge choice all food was fresh, can be a slight wait at peak times but not an issue. We would definitely stay again, thank you.

The standard Single Room was perfect. It was spotless and had everything you needed, Iron hairdryer etc. The Shower was also excellent. The breakfast was vey well organised and had amazing amount of choices. Finally all the staff were really pleasant from the time I arrived until I left. Initial check in and paying straightforward, we were early so bags left - porters hood. When I came back to collect keys I was asked to pay again - so that was frustrating and caused a delay as it had to be checked out. The room had no toilet roll in so I had to load WiFi to scan a QR code to find a contact number. It was then answered with I’ll send some up - no apology and it took a good 15 mins for it to arrive - which was all in all was disappointing.
