I loved my stay here. Staff were so friendly and the atmosphere was positive. Abdulla was able to get me into my room early without any notice as I rolled in on very little sleep. I stayed in a single room. It was comfortable and clean, and the natural light from the window made it feel big enough for what I needed. I’m assuming some rooms do not have a window based on the layout and location of rooms. There is some street noise that I had no issue sleeping though, but if you would rather no window for less noise, an internal room might suit you better. Breakfast was amazing. Location is great and within walking distance of most major sites. I walked everywhere, but it is also close to the tube if you want to venture a bit further.

Centrally located and close to theatre land this is a convenient place to stay. Our superior double room was spacious with a massive bed with all the amenities you’d expect but room temperature was high which may disturb your sleep. The Strand view was a curse rather than a benefit due to the noise throughout the night. Pricing is on the high side but I guess that reflects the convenience rather than the luxury.

We had a lovely stay at The Strand Palace. The hotel is in a fabulous location very close to Covent Garden, the theatre district and many other attractions. The room was to a high standard. The bed was comfy. The amenities were great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of variety.

Good clean room. Bit small, no minibar and no bathroom door which was odd! The bathroom should have a door. Reception take a bit long to answer and there's no in room dining menu. But other than that, clean, comfortable bed, good shower. And I had a good, enjoyable stay. Helpful and accommodating staff.

Room was great everything you need and clean and tidy, staff were courteous at all times! Check in was terrible room wasnt available until 3:30 and had to have a lower room as higher room wasnt even clean so would har taken longer! Also they have taken a roo Rate out of my bank account which isnt ideal seeing as though i paid through experia!

Love the Strand Palace = 5 min walk to Covent Garden, 10 min to Leicester Square and right on the Strand. Strand Palace has been fully remodeled and quite nice. Check in was friendly and they found a room even though I arrived at noon. Rarely ever a wait on the lifts and also easy to walk down the stairs and I was on the 6th floor. My only slight issue was the breakfast was a bit chaotic and room was quite sterile. I believe they are remodeling the prior breakfast room. I have stayed at the S.P. 7 or 8 times now and always had a good experience. Only other tiny consideration is commute from Heathrow - I arrived on Sun and departed Fri early so no traffic. If you arrive during commute time the time from South Ken to Cov Gdn adds 20 mins.

Staff were all delightful. Room was clean and comfortable, but there was a terrible smell of sewage in the bathroom that lingered for our whole stay. We thought it was possibly due to the constant rain backing up the drains.
