Location is good and Tower views are great. Concierge helpful also. Make sure you check for bed bugs. We did have an issue with these in our bed and and were bitten. Staff moved us to another room immediately but no offer of a room credit or even a meal or drink voucher as a goodwill gesture for this. They are aware of overall problem as they did mention Rentokill had been.

Great Location

The Hotel is amazing, great location and great public areas - we ate at the restaurant and had drinks at both bars - all really good - though a shame that there weren't more fire pits - as the 3 available were all booked up. The view of the river and Bridge was/is spectacular and the Hotel is worth staying at just for this ! The room we had was good, great view over the docks but the bathroom was really tired and the toilet felt like it would come away from the wall at any minute.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location and views of London were outstanding. The only thing that let it down was the bathroom floor in our room was so slippery that i slipped over and hurt myself.

Booked a Exclusive twin room with mini bar with bridge view paid for it then when we arrived only to be told they don't have those rooms then got downgraded to a standard room with bridge view and a complimentary bottle of wine. If they don't have the rooms why advertise? i will be emailing the Gen Manager. the rooms are dated, ours had a broken toilet seat and the air conditioning from coming away from the ceiling. Bridge views are great day and night. Breakfast caters for hundreds of people so be careful of the food, we had cooked breakfast and both finished up with extremely bad stomach upsets eat elsewhere. On departing i made the complaint to one of the desk people only to be told that yes they do have those rooms! So check what you book. Apart from that it was ok but wont stay there again out of 10 I would give it a 5

Tired room but warm and welcome

This is the 4th time we have stayed at this hotel although the 1st since it has changed hands. Our room with a view of the tower bridge was a little tired and could do with some attention, i feel it is a case of pot luck maybe but we still love this hotel its psoition is great and staff are so welcoming and helpful. We will stay at this hotel again
