It was a spectacular view of Tower Bridge from our window. Easy access to Tower Hill Underground, but not with luggage. Enjoyed walking ‘The Walks’ on both sides of the Thames….would happily return.

Great hotel, overlooks the amazing "tower bridge" such a wonderful view, especially at night.. Location was fantastic and close to lots of restaurants and bars. Staff were helpful and friendly. Property was clean but could do with an update.. Great, place to stay..

Great location if you want something with a view. Staff were friendly and very accommodating, supplying a fan for the room. Only downside was USB ports didn’t work in room and they weren’t fixed despite reporting it and the air con is centrally controlled so you can adjust.

This property is dated. Our room had the shower head literally popping out of the wall and very shaky. The checkin staff when told I would happily get them my passport once I was in the room due to it being at the bottom of one of my bags were quite inflexible, something we had not experienced in our previous 29 hotel stays around Irteland and the UK. Suffice to say we were not happy with the "service".

I have been staying at the Tower since the 1980s when I'm in London. I'm Australian.While some of the rooms need a tidy up decor,skirting boards and furniture, upholstery etc, the staff and position and access to attractions more that makes up for the age of the hotel.I wouldn 't stay any where else.It's a great hotel with great staff and very good restaurants nearby at St Katherines Dock.

Obviously a great location, only about 5 minute walk to the closest tube line. Lots to do around the hotel. We did have an issue with the shower not draining. We spoke to front desk to which they said they would send maintenance while we were out. It isn’t clear if they did or not because the drain never drained. Your showers had to be less than 5 min or you would be swimming in the tub water.

Great location and food
We had a great stay 3 nights .food in vicinity was lovely highly recommended. Staff friendly rooms cleaned daily and a large room with small bed for our child. Literally beside tower bridge great veiw. Over all a lovely spot and would highly recommend it as close to tube.

Very good location.
3 night stay in a twin room with Tower view. Overall very good. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet....the view was amazing. Breakfast was good on 2 days but very poor on 12-Feb. Queued 25 minutes to get breakfast (in the medium busy time zone); our table was wobbly and my seat was too close to the drinks area. Tried to use the restaurant on Saturday but hadn't booked an no availability. Bars were good. Concierge very courteous and efficient.
