Great tourist hotel. Staff work hard to keep clean & help customers BUT hotel has outdated decor in rooms, No Usb sockets & out dated lighting. Needs total upgrade of rooms decor & lighting. Hotel relys on Continental tourist.

Room 835 was outstanding never shut the curtains all weekend overlooking the bridge, thames, sky garden and shard, hotel idea location for abba from tower gateway there in 23 mins also st katherines dock and tower of london, hotel has nice restaurants, costa, outside fire pits idea location staff amazing .
