We had booked a double twin room by accident. Front desk noticed at check in and put us in a queen bed room with the most spectacular view of the tower. The attention to little details like that make such a difference!

The hotel was great in many ways but the last star was not given due to our room being in a location that did not allow us to enjoy the little bit of view we had, workers on the hotel entry roof so no privacy. Bed was super comfortable, loved the large towels and the warming towel bars; however, they were not soft, neither was the toilet paper. Also, for being in a room for 6 days, having the mini fridge would have been almost necessary. We felt that because we used the self check in, we were not given a better room.

The Tower Hotel

The room was comfortable and clean, just a bit dated in places. The only issues was the bathtub and shower combo, weather it's just the age of this particular room but it was difficult to get in and out of and most the fixtures annd fittings are looking there age. Our particular room had a stunning view of St Katherine's docks and the room location was quiet which was ideal for our stay. The rest of the hotel is modern and well kept, the location is absolutely amazing perfect for getting to all the major attractions in London. All the staff we spoke with were very helpful and accommodating, especially the concierge team.

Great location Walkable to many attractions great breakfast Cons-Air conditioning not working in our room or our family members room! We booked the hotel because of location and they advertised they had air conditioning we knew it was going to be hot in London and we were travelling with children.They did offer fans on request. They did not notify us about the broken air conditioning or compensate us for the inconvenience. Our stay at the hotel was during some of London hottest days this summer.
