No fridge in the room. Coach unable to park close to drop off. Toilet wouldn’t flush had to follow up several times asked for a key to a close room to use that toilet but only got a key to room on another floor and a distance from mine. Was told maintenance started 8 am left it till 8.45 and it was like they didn’t know about it once he came was fixed quickly.

The hotel advertised that they had air conditioning and they refused to turn it on. It was extremely hot in the hotel room and we had to argue to get 2 fans. The concierge was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely helpful. The hotel manager was terrible. He said he has no control over the fact air conditioning was noted on third party advertising. They have air conditioning, but THEY choose not to use it.

This property is 10 out of 10. Fabulous location and views. Central to everything. Great staff and concierge goes above and beyond. TEDDY , head of housekeeping is lovely. Air con great, bed great and We would highly recommend this Tower Hotel property to others..

We only got the double sleeper for the nights stay. The toilet holder was falling off wall, carpets very average, room was hot and aircon min was 26 degrees Celsius did not go lower, windows only just opened but had to close for noise. No sheet on bed so just duvet cover which made it worse for being so hot. USB port next to bed broken. Light shades worn and falling apart and lights flickering. Glad we were only there for a night but definitely not comparable to other 4 star hotels.

Amazing view; but too far from the city center. Taxis were difficult to get and disorganized. Excursions started far away. Rooms need updated with hard to get into shower tubs and old furniture and carpet. We were able to walk to tube easily and hotel is located right next to london tower and tower bridge.

The room I stayed in had a perfect view of the Tower Bridge. The room itself was 1960s Style and was probably a top of the line room at that time. They had a newer wing but this room cost less since it was an unrefurbished room. The View was what i wanted though.

Lovely hotel, we tried to check in earlier but this just wasn’t happening, would of been happy to of paid to get in earlier, although we did leave ours bags we just wanted to get in the room so we could then venture off for the rest of the day. We had a family room which had a sofa bed which was already made up, plus the king size bed. Bathroom was a good size. Hairdryer, iron, all in the room. As it was a family room the sofa bed was in another room with a wardrobe its own tv there was a mini bar which was shut off, this could be made better by having it as a fridge. The room had air con which worked. We had the view of the marina there was a sort of balcony which was full of water, you can’t walk on to it but it could do with a clean. The room is quite dated but seems to me they spend the money on other parts of the hotel rather than the room. No usb plugs just normal wall plugs. We had breakfast which was very busy but was able to get everything we wanted. There was an area in the foyer where you could wait for your room, this had a small pay yourself shop but the prices were astronomical! There is a Tesco express just less than 5 minute walk. The views are amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

We checked-in at 17:30 and our room was not ready as the curtains were broken. Considering that we arrived few hours after the “check-in time” the curtains could have been fixed before our arrival. They sent someone at 21:00 when my daughter was already asleep so couldn’t get them fixed. Through the night the opposite building had the lights on the entire night and sunrise being between 4-5am was challenging to have a good night sleep specially with a toddler. At check-out no one ask anything, just disappointed with our stay. I didn’t rest well.

Air did not work the entire time there. Complained to management and they were already aware of. Brought us a fan which really no place in room for. I was told I would get reimbursed for my room, but would go to Expedia and needed to get from you since booked thru you. Please advise what going on.
