Very thin walls and ceiling. I can hear the footsteps from the room above. Kept me awake whole night. The lift was rickety and tiny. The hotel is located in a pedestrian area hence getting a taxi will be challenging. There is a short flight of staircase leading to the hotel, not sure how accessible that is for someone on a wheelchair.

Very well thought out room, great bar area and great friendly staff. Only criticism would be on the speed of the lifts- there doesn’t seem to be a goods / staff lift so you’re competing with trolleys of towels and sheets but it’s a minor concern

While not terrible, I just felt like the Indigo just didn’t quite hit the mark for me. The room condition was a bit subpar. Noisy wooden floors that were in pretty rough shape and a really dirty area rug under the bed. No closed closet, just a hanging rack. It served the purpose but I would have preferred storing clothes and luggage out of sight. No shower door - only a half-glass wall so water does end up in the vanity area which was pretty annoying. I had a balcony room with no chairs or small table on the balcony - zero furnishings. Basically, you can go stand out there and look around but don’t get too comfortable. Balcony door is ridiculously heavy to open/close. Drapes didn’t close all the way to provide true blackout. While the bed felt way too hard upon first trying it, I have to say that I slept excellent every night. Pillows were also quite good. All staff I encountered, especially the front desk team, were very friendly and helpful. Great central location for exploring the city, albeit a bit too busy/noisy for my liking - I was surprised to see how busy Leicester Square gets. All in all, certainly not a terrible stay but just not quite enough to re-book. I’ll try something else out when next in London.
