Great overnight stay, ideal location for walking to Covent Garden area, and Heathrow transport. Twin room was very comfortable, although the shower/bath layout was a bit awkward due to the ceiling on 6th floor. Will definitely be back!

Our room was wonderful. It was newly renovated. The beds were very comfortable and the housekeeping service was very good. Good water pressure and hot water. Really appreciated the towel warmer. We requested a drop off of our bags and were able to get an early check in. Staff were accommodating and friendly. It was a very positive experience.

Clean room, staff were excellent…..disappointed with hotel bar & restaurant……didn’t serve evening meals & bar closed early. Mainly disappointed that when booking & checking in that nothing was mentioned about the current refurb work where work started at 8am both mornings! It wasn’t cheap to stay & I would have expected a bit of a heads up & we could have found somewhere else a bit quieter,

We stayed in a renovated room but it was very small with a view of a wall. The air con was noisy, the fridge didn’t work so the complimentary water was warm. The tv had a black shade to the top third obscuring the picture. The shower pressure wasn’t great and varied so it went from hot to cold without changing the temp handle. So had a bath instead which was not comfortable as it was really the size for a small child too snug for an adult, but the soaps etc were also fixed at shower height so you can’t reach them whilst in the bath. There is a hairdryer but no mirror in the room where the plug is to see yourself. The main foyer elevator didn’t work so there was only one elevator to serve the whole hotel and it holds Mac 3 people. There are ongoing renovations happening so don’t expect a lie in despite the 12 noon check out time. Breakfast was just ok but premier inn would be better. Location was great though, the bed was comfy and the bedding nice. I wouldn’t stay more than one night.

Fiquei apenas duas noites, sem café da manhã. Pedi late check-out pelo app Hoteis.com e fui prontamente atendido pelo Nicolas, que ainda ofereceu guardar nossas malas se precisássemos passar mais horas na cidade antes de ir para o aeroporto. Pontos positivos: _ acomodação nova, contemporânea e muito confortável; _ localização: a poucos metros da Oxford Street, British Museum, Soho, Chinatown, Covent Garden e teatros; _ Transportes: estações de trem e metrô a poucos metros; _ bom tamanho de armário, quantidade de cabides e tamanho de cofre; _ cama excelente! Muito confortável! Assim como as roupas de cama e travesseiros; _ poltronas com altura perfeita oara calçar sapatos; _ forte ducha e banheira; _ limpeza e organização; _ roupão disponível; _ frutas e cookies cortesias no foyer; _ extremamente silencioso; Pontos negativos: _ Banheiro um pouco pequeno e a ducha molha bastante o banheiro; _ um pouco apertado o quarto por conta da quantidade de mobiliário (duas poltronas, mesinhas, mesa para trabalho, recamier).

Værelset var slidt og gammelt. Det var så lydt at vi kunne høre alt fra de omkringliggende værelser og gangen. Vi fik ikke det værelse vi havde bestilt men det vi fik var fyldt med dyr. Vi blev flyttet til et andet som var det vi oprindeligt havde bestilt. Der blev redt seng og ryddet lidt op hver dag men ikke støvsuget eller gjort rent. Gulvtæppet var møgbeskidt og da vi ankom var der skidt på gulvet fra før. Der blev heller ikke fyldt op af sæbe på badeværelset. Det lå centralt hvilket betød meget støj igennem uisolerede vinduer. Det var ikke de 4 stjerner som reklameret og ikke pengene værd.
