The toilet of our room was extremely dirty under the rim It was brought to the attention of management and they said they would investigate . No apologies were made, no follow-up. My concerns fell on deaf ears .

We stayed at this hotel with my parents. Although they do not speak English, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful to them. We booked two rooms and asked if it was possible to have them close to each other, and they kindly arranged adjoining rooms for us, which was a great help. Our purpose for visiting London was sightseeing, but the hotel was so wonderful that we would love to come back again just to stay here. The color scheme of the breakfast room was beautiful, and the buffet area was not too large, which made it easy for my elderly parents to move around without feeling overwhelmed. Everywhere was kept very clean, and we had no issues regarding hygiene. I would like to express my gratitude once again to the staff who were both friendly and professional. Thank you very much. We will definitely stay here again whenever we visit London, and we already look forward to our next stay.

Staff is great. Honestly phenomenal. Love the location. Only two things would make this a better place: the room advertised as having a queen bed AND a pull-out sofa bed. Great for when I bring a child. As far as I’m concerned, it’s false advertising to charge £20 upon arrival for sheets for the sofa bed (per night)! Plus they’re inconsistent. Some trips I get charged for it. Other times not. I also wish one of the lifts wasn’t out of order.

The Rembrandt is in an ideal location for visiting all over London which we did. Convenient, close to the V and A (across the street) and the Tube. The room itself was very comfortable and the shower was great. We opted for the breakfast and there was much to choose fromm.

I always love my stays at the Rembrandt hotel. The staff is wonderful, very courteous. Neil and Pablo at the concierge desk were quite helpful securing transportation to the airport though a car service. I look forward to my next stay there.
