The property might have been “posh” sometime ago, but it is quite dated, the furnitures would need some restoration…. Other than that, it was clean and the staff was very friendly… The food was good. Booking through Expedia we were entitled to 2 free drinks, after pointing this out to the reception desk we only got one drink voucher.

I have stayed several times over the years at the Rembrandt and will continue to stay for future trips to London. I love the area since I grew up in S. Kensington in the late 60’s and early 70’s. Your staff is courteous and friendly and your concierge was very helpful getting us théâtre tickets. I also love the convenience to the local museums, shopping and transportation.

Needed a convenient stay for myself and my aunt in her 60's for a one night stay in London where we booked some tours of the area. Beyond the experience being incredibly comfortable and such a convenient location (seriously, if you aren't sure where to stay in London because there are so many options, this is the place to try. You're right across the street from the Victoria & Albert Museum and SO MANY tour buses pick up within 2 blocks of this hotel), the staff was beyond helpful. The team there was accommodating to our early breakfast needs due to early tour departures, held our bags safely, and was there for us with any questions we had. If we go back to London, we'll absolutely return here. Great experience for 2 female travelers, felt incredibly safe.

My husband and I planned a night away for his special birthday. We stayed in an executive room with a nice king size bed. It was very quiet, despite it being in central london. The Pool area was very disappointing and the website didn’t clearly state that guests had to pay for use of it. Saunas were situated in each of the women’s and man’s changing rooms which also wasn’t made clear and we were unable to enjoy a sauna together. The breakfast was ok. Overall it was disappointing for us, considering it seems to get high ratings.
