Great hotel!

This was my second stay at this hotel and as always, everything and everyone was amazing. One slight issue with loose fittings in my shower head, but it was repaired promptly. The staff was friendly, the room was perfect, breakfast was a dream, and the lounge, very comfortable. As with any hotel, location, location, location, and the Rembrandt's location could not be beat. Maybe a wee bit too close to Harrods...the temptation was real 😆. The concierge and doormen were friendly and very helpful too. Will definitely stay here again.

The front desk, restaurant and cleaning staff were great! The hotel location was good. the rooms are a little dated and the mattresses a bit hard for my liking.

AMAZING location and very friendly, helpful staff! Location couldn't be better - 4 minute walk to South Kensington Tube station. Right across from V&A museum, science museum and Natural History museum. 15 minute walk to Harrods, 10 min walk to Hyde Park. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast is terrific! My only suggestion would be to find a way for hotel guests to use the fitness center free of charge. All in all, a terrific value for the price.
