The hotel itself was beautiful. The staff was friendly and kind, also helpful with questions about the area and honest about things like keeping your cell phone and purse close to you in certain areas. It is a five minute wallk to the closest tube, and if you are not in a rush, its a 10 minute walk to the ferry which is fun to take when you can.

A most unusual and quirky hotel in a good way. Loved the whole concept. Staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. Was a little off the main track but we got used to the buses quickly

Good and bad!

Overall our stay was good. Check in was pretty awful and took over 45 minutes, they asked us to have a seat twice but weren’t taking in to account who had arrived first, meaning we waited a lot longer than people who had just arrived. They walk you to your room, this meant additional waiting time and should be an optional feature as was not necessary for us. The hotel itself is great, very vibrant and lots to see. However we were disappointed with how bland our room was in comparison. There was very little reference to its namesake and the few props that were on the table were removed whilst we were out. The breakfast was very good, the bar is overpriced (£4 for a can of coke). The service lets this hotel down as the building itself is gorgeous.

A great find

I originally booked the Limehouse Library because it is close to Troxy and it looked nice. It exceeded my expectations, this quirky, well-curated, concept hotel in a gem. Lovely roof terrace, cosy bar and lots of little spaces to explore. The spa is an added bonus especially as I had the sauna to myself. I will definitely return

It was a great property! The location was walkable to the Uberboat and the Underground. It was a quaint hotel with many amenities and an extremely friendly staff. I would stay here again.

A beautifully decorated hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful also and the restaurant was well decorated and served nice food. A main draw back was the shower in my room. The temperature of the hot water was too hot and I ended up getting burnt :( .I would not stay here again due to this reason.

Everything was fine although there was some sort of noisy air conditioning unit outside my room on the mezzanine level - couldn't actually see out the window so I'm not sure what it is. Did wake me up a bit. Lovely hotel apart from that.

Unique, quirky boutique hotel in East End London. A bit off the beaten path and not in the fanciest neighbourhood, but it's safe and friendly and the Limehouse DLR station is a short walk away which quickly connects you to the heart of the city. The hotel restaurant is excellent, or you can walk down along the canals to some fantastic restaurants by the Thames, or enjoy a pint in one of the many local pubs. If you are looking for something a little different in London, I would highly recommend.
