The room was fine, but the problem was the incessant noise from what may be the outlet (in the courtyard) of the air-conditioning system. Even when the window was shut it reverberated through the building. If I visit again I will ask for a room facing the road or in a different part of the building.

Great hotel
Trip with our nephew to see the sights - great location & lovely hotel with good bar & food The only problem we had was the room was very hot with no AC - we asked reception for a fan which was sent up promptly but only touched the surface but as we don’t have too many hot periods of weather wdnt affect us booking again

Had an average stay at this property. Location is good and convenient and the rooms are clean. However, having no air conditioning in the rooms makes it extremely humid and uncomfortable regardless of the weather conditions outside. No air flow even when you open the windows. Size of the room is extremely small and inconvenient.

Budget hotel in a budget part of town. Easy walk to the Russell Square tube stop (which is an awful stop with crowded elevators and no escalators) and to the British Museum. Staff was inconsistently very nice to downright snotty. Two Latina gals at the front had no interest in helping us and were barely civil to us. Another man at the same desk was very helpful. Our favorite was the man who opened the door for us and greeted us with a big, welcoming smile.

Lovely hotel, clean and sleek. Staff are friendly and welcoming. 20 minute walk to Covent Garden. Next to Russell Square. Only let down, no air con on rooms so we did get quite warm even with the fan on.

Nice location near the Underground. Clean & bright. The only reason I rated it a 4 instead of a 5 was because it was a very tight fit for a triple, and the cot they put in for the 3rd bed was very poor quality.

Bed was so comfy and good service.
Great location, bed was so comfy. Could have been more milk for tea/coffee, small thing. Service was good checking in and out, would have had breakfast but needs to be a little cheaper or included in the room. Did think the wine in reception was very expensive for a bottle, more would be sold if you reduce the price. Overall I would recommend to friends and family.
