Superb stay, hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were all friendly and polite. Highlights included the guy who checked us in who was obviously doing his hardest to make us feel really welcome and looked after, breakfasts, plentiful and delicious, and the hotel bar, nice atmosphere day and night.

We were greeted at reception by Alexander who was so friendly, polite and helpful.Such a credit to the hotel . The room and bathroom were very clean and the beds comfy. The hotel is ideally placed for theatres and lots of places to eat. The Italian cafe over the road in Russell square garden is wonderful. This was my second visit to the hotel and I will definitely return.

The room was very tidy, and on top of that, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Location-wise, it’s within walking distance of King’s Cross and Leicester Square. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel gave me a room with heavy construction noise on the first night. I requested to move to another room after. The system reassigned me a smelly and non clean room. I went to the front desk and complained. The manager apologized to me and offer me free breakfast for the rest of my stay. It was not a good experience.

Hotel was nice very clean staff polite had an earlier check-in, good location, room clean bed comfy shower good breakfast was good choice but Eggs were overdone and tables a little bit close together maybe bigger glasses for cold drinks but would stay again very quiet at night
