We were in the basement with no immediate form of egress in the event of an emergency. The full sized bed filled the entire room. Only 1 sheet on bed with a comforter of sorts that was too small. Taking a shower was dangerously slippery. Dirty pillows and comforter. Not impressed! Total disappointment as we hoped to have a pleasant few days in London before our International trip. Never again.
Full size bed filled the cubby of this room.

Clean and comfortable room that didn't smell like some hotels do, air con that worked, and good shower pressure! Lovely staff and a good selection for breakfast that was fresh and tasty. Would definitely stay here again.

We were put in a room on the -1 floor, meaning the floor below the first floor. The room and bathroom are incredible small. No room for you to open a suitcase. NO windows. They have bath towels, but no hand towels or wash cloths. It is in a great location near the train station and the people that work there are very friendly and helpful.
