Chose the hotel for its pick up option for a bus transfer to the port. Only stayed overnight. Air-conditioner gave out, given the option to change rooms in the middle of the night but front desk was able to restore power.

Fantastic location

Very clean room. Good housekeeping. Reception staff were fantastic. Lovely continental breakfast. The only issue i found were that there wasn't a kettle in the room. Get plenty of tea/coffee at breakfast time then after that you but if from the bar area. Great location. 5 minutes from King's Cross Station. Near lots of shops and bus routes.

We found this Hotel very convenient, comfortable and clean. We easily walked with our bags in tow from the train station. It was easy bus rides to all of the sights that we wanted to see on our 2 day short stay. The comfortable bed was most welcomed at the end of our busy days.

Don’t recommend staying here as the room size was much smaller than the photos. I’m talking no space to open my suitcase other than on the bed. Also they charged £3 per bag for storing while you waited for your room to be ready. Not even sure why we stayed here

Staff continue to be great!

I arrived for one of my many visits but my room wasn't ready. The man on reception (I think Rashid) whi has served me before was very good and got my room changed immediately which was a big help. Room was a bit noisy but then again it is near KX.
