The breakfast was very nice with a huge selection of choices. The staff were very accommodating. Our room was very clean however it was noticed the next day that the windows were open. I would say that the staff should be checking that out along with cleaning. All and all we had a great stay. The tub should have the bath mat already in place as it can be very slippery. Thank you for a great stay

Breakfast and staff were lovely and friendly but our room smelt musty like mold with a window that wouldn't close so was noisy and blinds that didnt cover the window so was very bright in the morning disturbing sleep! The doule sofa bed was very small and made lots of noise (squeaky) again effecting everyones sleep!! However main bed, linen and bathroom were clean and comfortable.

The room was clean but small. Not only was it small but it was narrow making it feel even smaller. Same with the restroom. The area was nice by day, but once night hit, many tents went up and there was a large homeless presence. So if you want to grab dinner at night and you don’t mind being surrounded by tents then I guess that’s okay. I wouldn’t stay there again. I also had a lightbulb go out. I asked them if they could replace it twice. They never did.

Really quite abysmal. The single rooms are like small cabins on the fifth floor. The heat in my room was unbearable throughout the day and night and the aircon would blow hot air at a setting of 13 degrees. The window was wooden and single paned so all the noise of the traffic could be heard, especially as one of the windows locks didn't work. The bathroom was very, very small. Even the small details were not done right; like the soap provided in dispensers which leaves a film residue on your hands. Another member of my travelling party had bugs in their bed and had to be relocated. Other than the hotels location and responsiveness of staff, there is nothing else positive to say.
