I would definitely do the upgrade to include breakfast and access to the lounge 24 hours a day: London was very expensive and having breakfast, happy hour and snacks plus drinks all day was a huge benefit….saved us lots of money! Location was a few minutes from the subway, the hop on hop off bus stations and an easy 10 min walk to the Tower Bridge and Tower of London
