Was booked in for 7 nights and was put in a basement junior suite. Apart from the lack of an outlook the noise was constant as this was the services level for the entire hotel.

I am deeply sorry you were not impressed by our Junior Suite on the lower ground, those are amongst our most comfortable rooms with plenty of extra space and state-of-the-art amenities. I hope you trust being allocated a room on the lower ground level is never intended to be a downgrade from us.
I really cannot apologise enough if you found the room being too noisy: while it is true staff entrance is on the same level, noise has never been an issue. We proud ourselves on providing a relaxing and peaceful stay and that's regardless of the floor you have been allocated, it seems like we did not succeed this time.
I hope you will give us a second chance and thank you again for your honest feedback.

Very smart and nice hotel. The rooms are a little small.

A terrace, tour/ticket assistance, and multilingual staff are also featured at the eco-certified Ten Manchester Street. You'll have access to the health club at a partner property.
