Staff are generally unfriendly and not very helpful. Rooms are tired looking with inefficient air conditioning. Despite being two people in the room, we had to request extra face cloths every day. There are no outlets near the bed making it impossible to plug in equipment like CPAP machines.

I liked how close the property is to parks and transportation. The bathroom needs to be more user friendly. The bathtub has quite a step up in order to get into it for either a bath or shower. The shower doors need to be replaced to full size as no matter how I tried to shut the 1/4 size door, water was all over the floor every time I got out.

I paid based on area shown for the Suite which is wrongly mentioned . The suite size is much smaller and other websites are indicating the right size. I feel cheated on this and needs to be adequately compensated by Expedia by way of travel vouchers.

We didn't explore all the facilities but I can safely say that we had a great stay. The staff was very nice. The room was very clean. The hotel is very close to the bus station, and not far to from the underground station. We had no problems at all.
