The rooms were small but clean and well equipped. The staff on the whole looked after us well. The shops and dining were easily accessible and transport was convenient, also easy to walk around

Hmmm

It was a surprise when they first tried to put us in a room in the basement - without windows. I got moved to another basement room. The staff was friendly - it wasn’t their fault. I would not have stayed had a known id be out subterranean. Felt like a dungeon.

Hotel rooms are exceptionally small. No room for suitcases. There are basement rooms with no windows. Rooms weren’t very clean. Blood stain on fresh towels. Dust. Broken shower door. Great location. Near underground.
