This location is near everything such as dining, the park, train and bus transportations, laundry facilities, you name it! It was very convenient and the staff was very helpful. The Only complaint is that the rooms were extremely small but that is to be expected in Europe. Other than that my husband and I had a great stay and thoroughly enjoyed afternoon tea at the hotel with the delicious assortment of sandwiches and pastries. Will definitely stay again because the location is undefeated.

In terms of a room in London, it was comfortable. There was a strange smell and the shower was difficult to operate. Overall, a convenient location, very quiet and the overall condition of the hotel is good

Great location off Hyde Park, a tube station 2 blocks away (Lancaster Gate) and Paddington is 10 minutes away if you need different tube lines. The room was ok, and my gripes could be North American expectations vs European hotels. But things like used glassware was never picked up from our room, we always had to bring it back to the lobby. Towels weren't folded back up, they were just left where we hung them to dry. I'm used to most hotels at least refolding them for you to clean up. My guess is house keeping is maximum 1 mins per room. Concierge was never at the desk, you had to flag someone at the front counter to get someone so that's something to think about if you're leaving luggage with them and need to pick it up later in the day. This hotel was great for the location and the price. We were 3 (2 adults and 1 child), it was fine for us.

Room was very hot and u cant open the windows. Take small fans with u, usb plug ins. Cheap on amazon. They work great. They are only 6". But they work great when traveling. Especially in Europe.

It is in a great location. Opposite Hyde Park. Less than 5 minutes walk to Lancaster Gate tube station, and less than 10 minutes walk to Paddington station. Rooms are a little tired though. Difficult to sleep due to noise.

I wasn't feeling well so I asked the staff to skip cleaning my room so I could stay in bed all day. She came back later with a bottle of water to make sure I was drinking enough. It was very thoughtful and attentive.

Very clean, friendly accommodating staff and great location close to Hyde Park and Tube Station. If I had to be picky very busy breakfast service, with poor quality coffee from machine.

Very comfortable room
Staff were helpfull and polite. We were able to check-in to our room even though we were early which was much appreciated. The room was comfortable and had all amenities we needed, the beds in particular were excellent and we slept very well. The hotel is in a great location, next to Hyde park with tube stations minutes walk away.
